Note on Confidentiality

Services provided by Kūkulu to clients, including information obtained from clients, falls under Kūkulu's Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Clause. This includes observations and information collected during the exploratory stages before any business relationship is created. No information obtained from or gathered about a client will be shared with anyone outside of Kūkulu. In addition, Kūkulu will not disclose of any current or prior working relationship with a client's competitor, potential competitor, or any other entity regardless of industry, unless required by law.

Kūkulu believes its services are proprietary in nature and constitutes a strategic benefit and advantage to it's clients. As such, we believe it is in the best interest of our clientele to keep our business associations confidential. Accordingly, Kūkulu will not disclose our clientele list (past or current) relative to marketing, promotions, or otherwise.
